摘要
分别从几个方面分析医院数字化信息建设给护理工作带来的变化及影响。医院数字化信息建设优化和重构了护理工作流程和管理过程,改变了传统的经验管理,实现了对信息采集、传输、加工、保存、维护的网络化管理,使护理工作准确化、规范化,护士直接护理时数增加,提高了护理质量。
Objective： To discuss the influence of digital construction on nursing work in our hospital. Methods： The influence of digital construction on nursing work was analyzed from several aspects. Results： Digital construction in hospital optimized and rebuilt the nursing work procedure and management processes, changed the tradi- tional empirical management mode. The collection, transmission, processing, saving and maintenance of information were processed by network in our hospital. It made the nursing work more precise and standardized, increased the direct nursing hours, and then improved the nursing quality.
