摘要
目的:探讨我国高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标体系,为我国高校护理学科发展水平评判和学科管理决策提供依据。方法:采用德尔斐法构建评价指标体系;综合评分法构建综合评判模型。结果:确定我国高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标、指标权重和综合评判模型。结论:构建出我国高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标体系。
Objective： This study aimed to explore the evaluation index system of the core nursing competency in Chinese university so as to provide evidence for the development of subject evaluation and management. Methods： The evaluation index system was established by Delphi method and the synthetic evaluation model was constructed by synthetic grade method. Results： The evaluation index, the index weight and the synthetic evaluation model of the nursing core competency in Chinese university were confirmed. Conclusion： The evaluation index system of the nursing core competency in Chinese university was established.
