Effect-based training model: the design and effect evaluation

摘要 目的:建立效果为本能力培训模式并评价其成效。方法:确定COPD延续护理核心能力,并以此为导向设置课程,对21名临床和社区护士进行培训,以问卷调查培训前后护士的能力变化。结果:经培训后,学员执行COPD患者延续护理的评估、计划、实施和评价4方面的能力显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:效果为本能力培训模式能有效地提高临床和社区护士COPD延续护理能力;研究可为日后研究人员培训、专科护士培训、临床和社区护士的在职培训提供借鉴经验。 Objective: This study aimed to establish the effect-based training model and evaluate the effects. Methods: The COPD-continuing nursing core ability was founded, which guided the curriculum setting. 21 clinical and community nurses were trained. The difference of the nursing ability was evaluated before and after the training by a questionnaire. Results: After the training, the nurses’ ability of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation was improved, which showed a statistic and significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Effect-based training model could improve the COPD- continuing nursing ability of the clinical and community nurses, which could provide guidance for training of researchers, the special nurses and continuing training for clinical and community nurses.
