硫代葡萄糖苷影响因子及其生理功能研究 被引量:5

摘要 硫代葡萄糖苷是主要分布于十字花科和刺山柑植物中的生物活性物质。它具有多种生理功能,如增强植物抗逆性、抗癌、致家畜甲状腺肿大、诱虫等。其含量受遗传因素、生长环境、分布位置、信号转导物质等影响。
