Development of Fire Protection Technology in U.S.Naval Ships

摘要 介绍美国海军舰船的耐火分隔,对其中要求最高的N级耐火分隔作了较全面的介绍,包括N级耐火分隔的定义、试验方法、技术要求等。列举和说明了N级耐火分隔所应用的绝热材料,以及钢质舱壁、铝质舱壁和复合材料舱壁作为N级耐火分隔时的绝热层工艺和结构形式,以此为我国海军舰船的研究者、设计者和建造者提供参考。 This paper reviews over fire protection techniques in U. S. naval ships, with focus on a brief introduction of N-class divisions, including definitions, requirements for test and specifications. This paper also introduces the passive fire protection materials for N-class divisions. Several kinds of bulkheads applying insulation materials to a steel structural core, non-steel structural core and composite materials structural are listed. It provides some references to naval architects and designers.
