低压管灌系统SGS型专用水量计的研制

摘要 根据光滑管紊流流速分布规律,给出了管道中心流速与流量之间的近似正比关系,为简化设计提供了理论依据;从硬件和软件两方面论述了低压管道输水系统流量计的设计方法。结果表明,该水量计完全满足《低压管道输水灌溉工程技术规范》,并具备高精度、低成本、低功耗、使用方便等特点。 A water meter specially designed for the low pressure pipeline irrigation system is introduced.Based on the distribution law of the turbulent velocity in the smooth pipeline,the approximately proportional relations between the centre velocity and the flow rate in the pipeline are presented,Which provides the theoretical basis for simplifying the design.The design method in relation to both hardware and software is introduced.lt has been proved that the meter not only meets the Technical Specifications of Low Pressure Pipeline Irrigation Worksbut also has the characteres of high accuracy,low energy cost,low consumption and easy operation.
