摘要
用作杀虫剂的棉铃虫单粒包埋核型多角体病毒的基因型存在着异质现象。采用体内纯化基因型的方法,从低剂量HaSNPV感染的单条棉铃虫死虫中分离到两株具有纯基因型的病毒,其DNA限制性内切酶图谱彼此存在差异,但都没有亚克分子带。实验结果表明,该两株病毒为纯基因型病毒。
Helicoverpa armigera single nucleocapsid polyhedrosis virus (HaSNPV) has been used as a pesticide. Experimental at result indicated that there is heterogeneity in its genotype. Using the method of in vivo genotype purification, two virus strains of pure genotype were isolated from single larva which is infected by low dosage HaSNPV. There were a few differences between their DNA maps of restriction endounclease, but neither of them have submolar band. The infection experiment of larva indicated that two virus strains had genetic stability.
