卵巢早衰患者血清AOAb、ACA及TG-Ab的水平及临床意义

The Levels of Serum AOAb,ACA and TG-Ab in Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure and its Clinical Significance

目的:通过测定卵巢早衰(POF)患者血清中抗卵巢抗体(AOAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(AEA)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、抗核抗体(ANA)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)、抗甲状腺微粒体抗体(TM-Ab)的水平,探讨POF的自身免疫致病机制。方法:POF患者30例为研究组;月经周期规律,尿LH或B超监测有正常排卵,因男性因素/输卵管因素不孕的患者30例为对照组,比较两组血清AOAb、AEA、ACA、ANA、TG-Ab、TM-Ab的水平。结果:研究组AOAb、ACA、TG-Ab阳性率均明显高于对照组(x2=5.455,P<0.05;x2=4.320,P<0.05;x2=4.356,P<0.05);两组间AEA、ANA、TM-Ab差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:POF患者血清中AOAb、ACA、TG-Ab阳性率显著高于非POF妇女,POF患者存在自身免疫功能紊乱。

Objective：To determine the serum levels of antiovarian antibody（AOAb）,antiendometrium antibody（AEA）,anticuorin antibody（ACA）,antinuclear antibody（ANA）,antithyroid globulin antibody（TG-Ab）,and antithyroid microsomal antibody（TM-Ab） in patients with premature ovarian failure（POF）,and explore the autoimmune pathogenic mechanism of POF.Methods：30 patients with POF were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy women with regular menstrual cycle,normal ovulation,and infertility induced by male factors or oviduct factors,were enrolled as the control group.The serum levels of AOAb,AEA,ACA,ANA,TG-Ab and TM-Ab were determined and compared in both groups.Chi-square test was used in data analysis.Results：The positive rates of serum AOAb,ACA and TG-Ab in the study group were significantly higher than the control group（x^2 were 5.455,4.320 and 4.356,respectively,P〈0.05）.And the differences of serum AEA,ANA and TM-Ab showed no statistical significance between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The positive rates of serum AOAb,ACA and TG-Ab in patients with POF are obviously higher than non-POF women.These results indicate that POF is associated with autoimmune imbalance.
