鸡法氏囊（ＩＢＤ）饮水株病毒能在犊牛睾丸细胞（ＢＴＣ）上复制，并产生明显病变（ＣＰＥ）。所复制病毒ＥＬＤ５０／０１ｍｌ最高可达１０６０以上，经鉴定特异性不变，并可用于试制疫苗。
