摘要
本研究在经分离鉴定致病性大肠杆菌血清型之后，选择其有重要性的几个不同抗原型的代表菌株进行多价油乳剂疫苗的研究。本苗主要用于１８～２０日龄雏鸡及开产前２～４周母鸡和种鸡，可使鸡获得较好的免疫力。本苗具有安全、稳定，４℃可保存１２个月以上。
Based on the identification of biochemical properties and serology of 76 strains of Avian E.coli isolated from fieke in Jiangsu province and Dalian area.4 preferental strains,named YCa.YCb.L01 H02,Which are serotypes O78,O8O1 and O35,respectively,were prepared for lil emulsion inactive polyvaccine,After three groups of birds (120dayold SPF chicken,18dayold chicken with maternal antibody,110dayold chicken free from maternal antibody)had been immunized,safety test,Absorptoon test domenstrated the polyvaccine had no only toxinic and other sideeffects.It took 28 days to reach the peak of antibody level with titer 1∶1280 for two months,Compared with Al(OH)3gel polyvaccine,the oil emulsoon inactive polyvaccien induce higher antibody titer.
