摘要
在甘蓝型油菜中发现一个非常优良的不育源─—TPS雄性不育系,本研究通过远缘杂交和连续回交等手段,把TPS不育胞质从甘蓝型油菜转入青菜,选育出3个回交五代的青菜TPS不育系即青1A;青2A;青3A。不育系的不育性彻底而稳定,没有发现任何低温黄化、蜜腺退化和花器畸形等不良的细胞质负效应,群体基本稳定一致,结实性状良好。现已进入杂交组合测配阶段。
TPS is a potential cytoplasmic male sterile line found in rape(B. napus). Thispaper reported that the TPS sterile cytoplasm has been transferred from rapeseed(B. napus)to pakchoi(B. campestris spp. chinensis var. )by interspecific-crossing and back-crossing andthree TPS pakchoi sterile lines have been bred. It is showed that the sterility is very stableand fruitfulness is ideal,too. No negative effect has been found in these sterile lines. Now,thecombinations are being screened for heterosis.
