番茄耐低温和耐弱光性能鉴定方法初探 被引量:65

摘要 通过多种途径和方法,进行番茄耐低温和耐弱光性能鉴定,结果表明,苗期受低温伤害程度(冷害),结合低温处理后叶片电导值增加量、细胞膜伤害率测定和弱光下的相对座果率、相对产量,可作为番茄耐低温、耐弱光性能的鉴定指标。 By multiple paths and methods, the assessments of low temperature resistance and weak light tolerance of tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum) were conducted. The results showed that the degree of low temperature injury at seedling stage combined with theincreased electric conductivity of leaf blades after low temperature treatment,the estimatedinjury rate of cell membrane and the relative setting rate and fruit yield under weak lightcould be taken as indices in the assessments of low temperature resistance and weak light tolerance of tomato.
