摘要 在综述参与淀粉合成的酶的生物化学和分子生物学最新进展的基础上,介绍基因工程改良作物淀粉品质的可能性及前景。 Based on the recent advances in the biochemistry and molecular biology studies of starch biosynthesis enzymes, the possible and potential manipulation of crop starchquality by gene engineering is introduced.
