摘要
研究了无胁迫和NaCl胁迫条件下,同基因型二倍体葡萄4个脯氨酸累积变异系和对照系愈伤组织的过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,在无胁迫条件下,葡萄脯氨酸累积变异系的CAT和SOD活性显著高于对照系,4个变异系的CAT活性分别是对照的2.41,2.30,2.29和2.13倍,SOD活性分别是对照的4.51,3.69,3.84和3.72倍。在一定浓度NaCl胁迫下,对照系和变异系的CAT和SOD活性都有一定的增加,变异系的CAT和SOD活性仍高于对照系。
Activities of Catalase (CAT) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD) of four proline accumulation variant lines from homogeneous diploid grape somitic callus under NaClfree and NaClstress were studied.The result showed that CAT and SOD activities of grape proline accumulation variant lines under NaClfree condition were significantly higher than those of the control line.CAT activities of four variant lines HR5,HR1,HR2and HR6 were 2.41,2.30,2.29 and 2.32 times and SOD activities were 4.51, 3.69, 3.84 and 3.73 times as those of control line respectively.Under NaClstress conditions,CAT and SOD activities of four variant lines and control line were all increased,but variant lines still showed higher level of activities than their control line. It is suggested that high activities of CAT and SOD in the proline accumulation variant lines play an important role in variant lines more resistant to NaClstress than the control line.
