摘要
在8种苹果砧木上接种南京毛刺线虫,以病株率为评价指标,用聚类分析方法筛选出朱列涅特和黄海棠为抗性砧木,山定子和新疆海棠为感病砧木,平邑甜茶、新疆野苹果、莱芜难咽和八楞海棠为中感砧木;确定了相对长势指数、相对根系活力和根际病原线虫增量指数3个评价抗性的量化指标,并分别进行聚类分析,分类结果与筛选结果一致。
The resistance screening of 8 apple rootstocks to nematode Trichodorus nanjingensis was conducted in 1995~1996. The infection rate (IR) was used as an index to evaluate the resistance of the rootstocks. Based on the cluster analysis, the 8 rootstocks were divided into 3 groups: I. resistant rootstocks, including Malus prunifolia var. Borkh. and M. prunifolia Borkh. ; Ⅱ. moderately susceptiple rootstocks, including M. hupehensis Rehd. , M. sieversii Roem. , M. micromalus Makino cv. Baleng-haitang and M. micromalus Makino cv. Laiwunanyan; Ⅲ. sensitive tootstocks, including M. baccata Borkh. and M. domestica. Three quantitive indexes, named relative vigor index (RVI) , relative root vigor (RRV) and nematode increment index (II) were defined and they could be used in the evaluation of nematode resistance of apple rootstocks.
