五种石斛兰的胚培养及其快速繁殖研究

Embryo Culture and Propagation of Dendrobium in Vitro

对５种石斛兰属植物进行了胚培养试验和快速繁殖研究。结果表明：不同种类的石斛兰萌发时具类似的最适萌发胚龄；石斛兰胚培养的最适通用培养基为改良Ｎ６或自制ＰＴ培养基附加ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ，糖的最适浓度为２％；加入椰乳能提高萌发率，萌发后加入马铃薯汁、绿豆芽汁、香蕉汁对幼苗生长有促进作用，香蕉汁能促进根的生成和生长。对石斛兰试管苗生产降低成本的方法进行了探讨。

The embryo culture in vitro and propagation of five species of Dendrobium were studied. The results indicated that the embryo culture of different Dendrobium species had a similar suitable embyro age. The optimal medium for embryo culture of Dendrobium is modified N6 or PT supplemented with 0.2mg/L NAA. The optimal sugar concentration is 2%. Coconut juice is the best for embyro sprouting. After sprouting, increasing potato juice, greenbean seedling juice or banana juice could improve growth of plantlets and they were better than coconut juice. Banana juice is the best for rooting and can accelerate root growth. The reduction of costs in large scale production are also discussed in the paper. 
