摘要
对PEG渗透胁迫下的离体龙眼叶片进行Ca(NO3)2处理,结果表明,Ca2+可以减缓渗透胁迫引起的叶绿素含量下降和膜脂过氧化作用。Ca2+的作用可被Ca2+专一螯合剂EGTA所削弱。
The detached longan leaves were treated with Ca (NO3)2 under PEG osmotic stress. The results showed that Ca2+ could partly inhibit the decrease of chlorphyl and carotenoid contents induced by PEG and improve the stability of plasma membrane. Such effect of Ca2+ could be reduced by EGTA.
