摘要 多种与视网膜、脉络膜血液循环相关的眼病,例如糖尿病视网膜病变,年龄相关性黄斑变性和早产儿视网膜病变等,都与眼部血管异常有关。目前有报道许多因素都影响血管形成和退化的过程,其中包括血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)等。我们就眼内病理性新生血管化的发生机制和相应防治措施的相关新进展进行综述。 A variety of eye diseases relate to the blood circulation of retina and choroid. Such as diabetic retinopathy, ageralated macular degeneration and the retinopathy of prematurity all have relation with abruotmal blood vessel in eyeball. A number of factors have been found to be involved in the development and the regression of the intraocular blood vessels, such as the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). This article mainly summarizes the mechanism and inhibition method of pathological neovascularization.
