摘要 胰岛素样生长因子I(insulin-like growth factor I,IGF-I)是一种多功能细胞增殖调控因子,具有广泛的生物学作用。近年来它在眼科疾病中的作用受到广泛关注。我们采用文献资料法综述了近年来国内外关于IGF-I和眼科疾病的研究进展。 Insulin-like growth factor-I, a kind of multifunctional factors to regulate proliferation and differentiation of cells, has a wide range of the biologic functions. It arouses an extensive attention in recent years for its biologic functions in eye diseases. This paper refers to the related articles published at home and abroad and then we discusses the progress about insulin-like growth factor-I in eye diseases.
