摘要
用孢子紫外照射、菌丝原生质体紫外照射和孢子60Coγ射线辐射3种方法对淡紫拟青霉361菌株进行了诱变育种。结果表明,3种方法都能产生对Rhizoctoniasolani具高度拮抗活性的菌株,其中尤以孢子紫外线照射为佳。获得的2123、2245、4414等菌株的拮抗活性比361菌株提高了100%以上。
Mutation was induced by means of UV and 60Coγ radiation to spores and UV to protoplast of hyphae to improve inhibiting ability of P.lilacinus 361 to Rhizoctonia solani. The results indicate that productive strains can be obtained from all these three methods. Among them of 1 min UV treatment to spores is the best one. After selecting, 2123,2245 and 4414 are more effective to R.solani than 361 by 100%.
