摘要
以磷为例,用EDTANa2预处理阴离子交换膜,连续测定21d,探讨了原状土壤剖面释磷速率与土壤速效磷,以及全磷、有机磷、铁磷、铝磷和钙磷等主要形态磷容量的关系。结果表明,在田间持水量下,土壤铁磷和铝磷容量都是释磷的源泉,尤其是铁磷和铝磷容量之和与释磷量呈极其显著的正相关。
Soil phosphorus test was taken as an example to study the relation between the rate of releasing phosphorus on undisturbed soil profile and the soil phosphorus capacity. In this study, an anion exchange membrane was treated with EDTANa 2. Some soil samples were tested successively for 21 days to determine the releasing rate of phosphorus on undisturbed soil profile by the ion exchange membrane. The capacities of soil available P,total P, organic P,FeP,AlP and CaP were also determined. The results show that both the FeP and the AlP in the soil are resources of released phosphorus when the soil moisture is of the field capacity, and the capacities of FeP and AlP has an especially significant direct correlation with the amount of phosphorus released. The FeP and AlP of upland soil in Xianning will continually be releasd for over 4.5 years.
