摘要
研究了在复合电铸过程中所获得的微米和纳米复合电铸层的表面形貌,并对纳米复合电铸层的显微组织进行了分析,探讨了微米和纳米复合电铸层的断口特征。结果表明,纳米颗粒的加入使复合电铸层的表面更为光滑平整,晶粒更为细小,组织更趋均匀、致密,纳米SiC颗粒较为均匀地分布于复合电铸层中,固体颗粒和基质金属之间的结合状态为机械结合。
The surface morphology of micro-composite electroforming deposits and nano-composite electroforming deposits is observed. The microstructure of nano-composite electroforming deposits is examined. Fracture characteristics of micro-composite electroforming deposits and nano-composite electroforming deposits are analyzed. Results indicate that the grain size of the metallic matrix is decreased greatly owing to the existence of nano-SiC particles in the composite eleetroforms, and the nano-composite electroform exhibits a fiat surface and compact microstrueture. The nano-SiC particles are dispersed inside the metallic matrix, and nanoparticles are combined with the metallic matrix closely.
