摘要
本文报道了一种金属有机配位聚合物非线性光学晶体--丁二酸锌Zn(C4H4O4)大尺寸单晶生长。通过恒温蒸发法生长出尺寸为7mm×8mm×2mm的单晶。测定了它在水中溶解度-温度曲线。通过水溶液红外光谱阐明了不同pH值时溶液中各种粒子的浓度分布。借助红外光谱研究了pH值、温度等对晶体生长的影响。Kurtz粉末倍频效应测定证实了丁二酸锌具有非线性光学性能,其倍频强度是KDP的6.5倍。
The bulk single crystal of zinc(II) succinate was grown with size of 7 mm×8 mm × 2 mm by slow solvent evaporation method from its aqueous solution. The solubility-temperature curve of zinc II) succinate in aqueous solution was measured. Zinc (II) succinate in aqueous solution have been studied at various pH values by infrared spectroscopy using deuterium oxide as the solvent. The series experiments were made to investigate the influences of pH value and temperature on growth habit by Infrared spectroscopy. Kurtz powder SHG test confirms the nonlinear optical property of the as-grown crystals.
