摘要
本文采用水热法,以10mol/LNaOH作矿化剂,填充度68%,反应温度180℃,反应时间为24h,合成了钛酸钠晶体纤维。对所合成的晶体纤维进行了二次水热处理,所采用的溶液pH值分别为2、5、11、14,温度为180℃,填充度68%,反应时间为24h。在酸性溶液条件下,合成了具有自组织趋势的线状锐钛相TiO2纳米聚晶,单个的纳米晶长度约30~100nm,宽度10~20nm。在强碱性条件下,晶体结构未发生变化,仍为纤维状钛酸盐。
Sodium titanate crystal fibers were synthesized with 10 mol/L NaOH solutions as the mineralizing reagent with hydrothermal method at 180 ℃ for 24 h, and the fill factor was 68% in this paper, The synthesized crystal fiber was retreated by hydrothermal method, the adopted pH value were 2, 5, 11 and 14 respectively, the reacting temperature was 180℃, the time was 24 h, and the fill factor was 68%. The wirelike anatase TiO2 nano-crystals aggregation with character of self-organizing were synthesized in the acid condition, and the single nano-crystal'length and width were about 30-100 nm and 10-20 nm respectively. In the strong alkali condition, the crystal structure was not changed, it was still titanate fiber.
