肝母细胞瘤细胞核DNA含量与增殖细胞核抗原表达的相关性研究

The Study of the Correlation of DNA Content with PCNA Expression in Hepatoblastoma

应用流式细胞术和免疫组织化学技术检测３５例肝母细胞瘤细胞核中ＤＮＡ含量及增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）表达。结果显示，二倍体肿瘤８例，异倍体肿瘤２７例；ＰＣＮＡ阳性率６０％；ＤＮＡ指数（ＤＩ）、增殖指数（ＰＩ）与ＰＣＮＡ表达存在着明显正相关关系，尤以ＰＩ值与ＰＣＮＡ表达关系更密切。这些指标可能成为肝母细胞瘤诊断的标志物，可能成为评估肝母细胞瘤恶性程度及预后的指标。

Using flow cytometry and immunohistochemical staining technique, 35 cases of hepatoblastoma were studied of their DNA content and PCNA expression in paraffinembedded tissue. The DNA index (DI) , proliferation index (PI) and fluorescence index (FI) were calculated. The results showed that 27 cases were a-neuploid , 8 cases were diplold and positive rate of PCNA is 60% . In diploid cases the DI、PI、PCNA expression were all higher than that of aneuploidy cases. The DI、PI showed correlation with PCNA expression. The re- sults suggest the study of DI,PI and PCNA expression is useful in the diagnosis evaluation and prognosis pre- diction of hepatoblastoma.
