儿童房间隔缺损介入治疗后心脏结构改变及并发症的随访研究 被引量：3

摘要 继发孔型房间隔缺损（ASD）的介入治疗已开展10余年，因其创伤小、不留瘢痕、术后恢复快，已为患者所接受。据国内外文献报道，该方法近期疗效好，并发症少，但其术后中远期心脏结构的变化及并发症转归情况的相关报道较少。为此，我们选取了2006至2007年在本院介入治疗成功，且随访时间为1个月-4年的188例ASD患儿为研究对象，对其临床及随访资料进行了分析研究，现报道如下。
