干扰素抗体与干扰素治疗肝炎疗效关系的研究

为研究干扰素抗体与干扰素治疗肝炎疗效间的关系，采用间接酶联免疫吸附法检测５０例接受α干扰素治疗的肝炎患者的血清干扰素抗体。结果发现，干扰素抗体总阳性率为３８．１８％，随治疗时间的延长而升高，疗程结束后仍持续一段时间。干扰素治疗的总有效率在干扰素抗体阳性者（４７．

The occurance of anti-interferon antibodies (anti - IFN ) was examined using indirect ELISA in 5 0 patients with viral hepatitis treated by interferon-alpha (IFN - α) . The results showed that the incidence of total anti-IFN was 38. 18% ,which rising gradually during the therapy and maintaining for a certain period of time after the treatment. After the treatment ,antibody-negative patients had disappearance of viral markers or pronounced reduction of increased ALT levels ( 79. 1 4 % ) compared to that of antibody-positive patients (47. 62% ,P<0. 05).
