黄芩苷诱导白血病细胞株K562凋亡及下调ber／ab1基因表达

摘要 黄芩苷是从唇形科植物黄芩根中提取的黄酮类化合物，具有抗炎、抗变态反应、保肝利胆等药理作用，并有广泛的抗肿瘤活性^[1]。本研究以黄芩苷作用于白血病细胞株K562，探讨其对K562细胞增殖、凋亡的影响及其可能的机制。
