摘要 目的:X(γ)-刀治疗副反应的临床防治。方法:回顾性分析83例实施X-刀治疗,临床发生放射性副反应的40例病人,对适应证选择、治疗前后处理提出临床建议。结果:明确了X(γ)-刀治疗禁忌证,对该法治疗前后临床处理提出可行之方法。结论:1)X(γ)-刀为行之有效的治疗方法。2)本组病例用该法治疗后临床副反应发生率为52.6%(40/76),偏高。3)合理的辅助治疗是防治副反应的有效方法。4)该法实施。 Purpose: To prevent and treat the sideeffects of Xknife therapy for brain tumors. Method: On the basis of retrospective analysis of 40 patients who underwent Xknife surgery for brain tumors complicated with various sideeffects,we put forward some clinical proposals concerning the indications of the surgery,the pre and post operative management.Results:The contraindications of the treatment were defined, and the pre and post operative management were recommended. Conclusion: 1) Xknife surgery is effective for some brain diseases. 2) The side effect rate was as high as 52.6% (40/76). 3)Reasonable adjunctive treatment is effective for prevention and treatment of the sideeffect. 4) Selection of patient must be strict.
