p53基因蛋白在乳腺非典型增生和癌变组织中的表达

Expression of p53 Gene Protein in Atypical Hyperplasia andCarcinomatous Tissue of Human Mammary Tissue

应用免疫组化法对８３例正常乳腺、乳腺非典型增生和乳腺癌组织的ｐ５３基因蛋白进行检测。正常乳腺组织无ｐ５３基因蛋白表达，单纯乳腺上皮增生、轻度非典型增生、中重度非典型增生和乳腺癌的阳性表达率分别是５．８８％（１／１７），１６．６７％（３／１８），３３．３３％（６／１８）和４０％（１０／２５）。增生与癌变之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），结果表明乳腺癌癌前病变中有ｐ５３基因蛋白表达。免疫组化检测乳腺非典型增生组织中的ｐ５３蛋白对评估癌前病变的恶性倾向有重要意义。

Expression of p53 gene protein in 83 cases of normal mammary gland, atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer tissue were determined by immunohistochemical method. There was no p53 gene protein expression found in normal mammary gland, while the positive rates in simple epithelial hyperplasia, mild atypical hyperplasia, moderate or severe atypical hyperplasia and breast carcinoma cases were 5.88%(1/17),16.67%(3/18) 33.33%(6/18) and 40%(10/25) (P<0.05)respectively with significant difference between hyperplasia and malignant change. The results indicate that p53 gene protein expression exists in the precancerous lesions and that immunohistochemical examination is of significance in assessing the tendency of malignant change of breast lesion.
