Progress on the relationship between AECA and retinal vasculitis

抗内皮细胞抗体(anti-endothelial cell antibodies,AECA)是一组抗内皮细胞表面抗原的异质性抗体,可在多种血管炎性疾病中出现,而且与临床活动度密切相关,本文就其与视网膜血管炎相关性的最新研究进展进行综述。

AECA （anti-endothelial cell antibodies） are a heterogeneous family of autoantibodies directed against antigens adhering to endothelial cells. They can be found in a variety of vasculitic disorders, and have a close correlation with the disease activity. This review discussed the relationship between AECA and retinal vasculitis.
