摘要
Poor response is frequent occurrence in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation among patients undergoing IVF treatment.The poor responders have lower pregnancy rates compared with normal responders.Almost all randomized controlled trials showed that high FSH dose improved IVF outcome of poor responders in previous cycle.But,most of the retrospective studies concluded that high FSH dose did not support it.There is still different conclutions.During current practice,the most widely used initial dose for poor responders is at least 300 IU/day,and 300-450 IU/day was recommended by most authors.
