Gn dose in controlled ovarian stimulation should be individual.To most normal responders,they maybe respond well to 150-200 IU/day in their first IVF cycle;to poor responders,although not supported by good evidence most authors seem to be comfortable with a starting dose of 300 IU/day and a maximum dose of 450 IU/day;to PCO or PCOS patients,most authors suggested a starting dose of 37.5-75 IU/day and a low dose step-up regimen.
