摘要
Follicular development is under the strict control of endocrine, paracrine and autocrine mechanism, among which androgen may have double impact on follicular development.Moderate androgen could contribute to facilitating the initiation of follicles from reserve to growth pool and ongoing follicular development.Androgen had been used to improve ovarian response and enhance the efficiency of ovulation introduction. On the other hand, hyperandrogenism in PCOS may inhibit selective follicle growth, lead to follicular arrest, and finally anovulation.
