乳腺癌合并糖尿病的围手术期处理

The perioperative management of breast carcinoma in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨乳腺癌伴糖尿病患者围手术期的处理。方法对32例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的手术进行了回顾性分析。结果6例出现皮下积液,32例患者在围手术期血糖控制理想,均行手术治疗,无严重并发症。结论虽然伴有糖尿病的患者给手术带来不利因素,但强调围手术期检查血糖、尿糖的重要性,调整应用胰岛素控制糖尿病,是手术治疗成功的关键。

Objective To evaluate the perioperative management of breast cancer patients with diabetes mellixtus. Methods 32 cases of breast carcinoma with diabetes mellitus who underwent operation were analyzed retrospe - ctively. Results Six cases were complicated with subcutaneous hydrops. The blood glucose level of 32 cases was co - ntrolled to a reasonable level. All the patients underwent operations. There were no serious complications dur-ing per - ioperation period. Conclusion Although diabetes mellitus was a unfavorable factor for patients with breast cancer who underwent operation, but the importance of examining the levels of glycosemia, glyeosuria were empha-sized ; the key of surgical success for breast cancer in patients with diabetes mellitus was to use insulin according to the level of blood glucose, so as to control diabetes mellitus.
