自体毛发动脉栓塞的实验研究及临床初步应用

Hepatic Arterial Autologoushair Embolization in the Treatment of Liver Cancer

为解决肝癌多支供血及肝动脉栓塞后的侧支开通问题，消灭栓塞盲区，寻求一种较为理想的终末动脉栓塞剂治疗晚期肝癌。本课题将自体毛发粉碎灭菌后混入抗癌药及造影剂，经导管超选择灌入靶动脉，进行８只动物实验并治疗８例晚期肝癌。在灌注前后作ＣＴ、Ｂ超、ＤＳＡ及ＡＦＰ等对照检测。结果证明体毛药液可顺利通过导管随血液流入口径为１００～２００μｍ的末梢小动脉中停留，无异位栓塞和排异反应。体毛在永久性栓塞的同时将抗癌药限制在肿瘤局部缓慢释放。栓塞后副反应小。

In search of a better arterial embolization material in the treatment of hepatic cancer, a series of experiment using sterilized autologoushair was carried out in which autologoushairs were ground and mixed with anticancer agents and liquid radiopaque contrast media before being infused into the hepatic artery. CT scan, Bultrasongraphy, and DSA were taken and AFP were checked both before and after infusion. This infusion procedure was performed on 8 animals.The infusant entered into the terminal arterioles readily without translocative embolization nor repelling reactions. This study showed that arterial embolization of autologoushair and anticancer agents has the advantages of permanent embolization,slowrelease and very mild untoward reaction. Eight patients with advanced hepatic cancer received the above treatment, with satisfactory results.
