摘要 研究运用RT-PCR方法对51例手术切除肺癌组织和相应的癌周正常肺组织进行GST-πmRNA水平检测。结果表明:GST-πmRNA在正常肺组织和肺癌组织中表达阳性率分别为19.6%(10/51)和51.0%(26/51),两者之间具有明显差别。GST-πmRNA表达与肿瘤病理类型、组织分化、TNM分期等均无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。上述结果表明肺组织细胞在恶变过程中GST-πmRNA水平表达明显增加,提示GST-π基因是肺癌肿瘤标志之一。 We studied the expression of GSTπ gene in 51 lung cancer specimens as well as nearby normal lung tissues by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). These cases had not undergone any anticancer treatment.The results showed that 10 of the 51 normal tissues (19.6%), and 26 of the 51 tumor tissues (51.0%) expressed GSTπ gene (P<0.01). No correlations were noted in between GSTπ gene expression, histological differentiation, pathological type or TNM stage. These results suggest that the level of GSTπ gene expression in lung cells increases as they progress from normal to the transformed state,a fact indicating that it might be a tumor marker of lung cancer. Besides, it plays an important part in drug resistance mechanism of lung cancer.
