摘要
研究运用RT-PCR方法对51例手术切除肺癌组织和相应的癌周正常肺组织进行GST-πmRNA水平检测。结果表明:GST-πmRNA在正常肺组织和肺癌组织中表达阳性率分别为19.6%(10/51)和51.0%(26/51),两者之间具有明显差别。GST-πmRNA表达与肿瘤病理类型、组织分化、TNM分期等均无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。上述结果表明肺组织细胞在恶变过程中GST-πmRNA水平表达明显增加,提示GST-π基因是肺癌肿瘤标志之一。
We studied the expression of GSTπ gene in 51 lung cancer specimens as well as nearby normal lung tissues by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). These cases had not undergone any anticancer treatment.The results showed that 10 of the 51 normal tissues (19.6%), and 26 of the 51 tumor tissues (51.0%) expressed GSTπ gene (P<0.01). No correlations were noted in between GSTπ gene expression, histological differentiation, pathological type or TNM stage. These results suggest that the level of GSTπ gene expression in lung cells increases as they progress from normal to the transformed state,a fact indicating that it might be a tumor marker of lung cancer. Besides, it plays an important part in drug resistance mechanism of lung cancer.
