冀长生而铸长恨 寄长恨而谱长生——“看”《长生殿》

"Read" the Longevity Palace

这是一篇议论《长生殿》的文章。作者在二十多年内,"看"《长生殿》(包括看剧本和看演出),"看"史籍(包括"正史"和"野史"),写"看"后记(从1982年至今——见文后附注)而成的一篇议论文。提出该剧作者洪?的"三易稿"实际是写了三部完全不同的戏剧作品。其间包含着洪?对"李杨情事"、对"安史之乱"那段历史、对白居易《长恨歌》的长达十余年的复杂理解过程;同时又关系到"三易稿"与清康熙当时的朝政起伏。而《长生殿》之所以成为"绝唱",恰在于其深刻地写出"李杨生死情缘"对历史的超越。

The author of the Longevity Palace Hong Sheng changed the manuscript for three times. Actually he has written three completely different operas. It includes the complicated process of understanding the love story of Li and Yang, the history of ＂ Rebellion by An and Shi ＂ and Bai Juyi＇s the Everlasting Regret for more than ten years. The change of manuscript is related with the court administration of the Kangxi reign of the Qing dynasty. The Longevity Palace is a masterpiece for its profound portray of Li and Yang＇s love affair transcending the history.
