TCDD对斑马鱼胚胎发育毒性机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 二恶英类化合物具有致癌、致畸作用以及心血管神经内分泌毒性。2,3,7,8_四氯二苯并对二恶英(TCDD)是二恶英类化合物中毒性最强的一种。本文以二恶英_芳香烃受体为主线,从TCDD诱导斑马鱼胚胎下颌发育短小、神经元缺失、抑制总主静脉退化、抑制红细胞生成、心脏形态和功能缺陷、血液循环障碍、水肿、致死等方面概述了TCDD对斑马鱼胚胎发育毒性机制的研究现状。
