腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的操作要点 被引量：35

摘要 腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair，LIHR）主要有两种方法：经腹腹膜前修补术（transabdominal preperitoneal，TAPP）和全腹膜外修补术（totally extraperitoneal，TEP），这两种术式的修补层次都在腹膜前间隙。如不了解腹膜前间隙的解剖特点和LIHR的特性、术中操作不规范而进行各种所谓的“改良”或盲目选择病例，
