网塞疝修补术后再手术分析

Reoperation after plug hernia repair

目的:探讨Rutkow手术平片修复的必要性和固定技术。方法:通过手术方式,观察28例网塞疝修补术后的网塞和平片情况,分析27例复发疝的原因,总结平片放置和固定的经验。结果:没有放置平片或平片放置错误是腹股沟疝网塞修补术后疝复发的主要原因,其次是网塞固定失败和平片放置不当等;平片不缝合并不影响它的定位固定。结论:单纯网塞疝修补容易复发,无缝合技术平片固定法在网塞平片式疝修补术中是有效的。

Objective To discuss the importance of the patch reinforcement and the technique of the patch fixation in the Rutkow procedure. Methods The status of implanted plugs or patches had been observed in 28 patients with previous plug hernia repair by second look operations. The conditions of the plugs and the patches, the causes of hernia recurrence, as well as the experience in placing and fixing the patch were discussed. Results The major reasons of the inguinal hernia recurrence after plug repair were as following： no patch and/or incorrect patch placement. The suture-free placement of the patch did not interfere with its fixation. Conclusions Simple plug hernia repair may lead to a high recurrence rate. The suture-free placement technique is an effective way to fix the patch.
