以PFGE分子分型技术对一起食物中毒事件病原追源 被引量:2

Investigation of pathogens of a food poisoning event by using PFGE molecular technology

摘要 目的运源用脉冲场凝胶电泳((Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE))技术对一起由奇异变形杆菌引起的食物中毒病原菌追源。方法在一起食物中毒事件中采集病人的肛拭子、剩余食物及用具容器的涂抹样共26份样本,按食品卫生微生物检验学方法《GB/T4789-2006》和变形杆菌食物中毒诊断标准和处理原则《WS/T9-1996》方法,并参考《卫生防疫细菌检验》进行检测,然后对分离菌株进行PFGE聚类分析。结果26份样品中有17份样本检出奇异变形杆菌,显示PFGE电泳聚类图谱分析显示,除4株菌外,其余13株菌的PFGE聚类图谱分析相似性>95%,具有同源性。结论依据实验室分离培养出奇异变形杆菌,经进行PFGE分型,确认是一起由奇异变形杆菌污染了食物引起的食物中毒,显示PFGE技术对于变形杆菌引起的食物中毒索源具有重要意义。 Objective To ascertain the cause of a food poisoning event. Methods Epidemiological survey of a food poisoning event was conducted by laboratory test and typed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results There were six P. mirabilis strain were isolated from one sample. PFGE analysis showed that they were 5 strains belonged to the same sub-type of P. mirabilis. Conclusion This food poisoning event was due to eantaminafion of sub-type of P. mirabilis.
