摘要
目的为了解山东省部分地区蚊虫种类及其生态习性变化的状况,为蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采集不同水质水中的幼虫、不同场所成蚊进行蚊种鉴别;采用人饵帐诱蚊、人畜房内捕蚊和室外栖息场所蚊帐扣捕等方法进行密度调查。结果经鉴定为5属13种,其中淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊的密度高居前三位,2007年成蚊密度高峰时间较前三年观察结果提前约3wk。结论制定蚊虫防治措施应根据当地气候条件及蚊虫生态习性的变化,方可取得最佳防治成效。
Objective To understand the species and resting habits of mosquitoes in some places of Shandong Provence and offer scientific basis for mosquito control, Methods Mosquito larvae collected from the water bodies of and adults from different habitats were identified. Mosquito density was surveyed by man-bait net, collecting mosquitoes from houses, stables and in the fields. Results It was identified that 13 species belong to 5 genera, in which Culex pipiens palllen, Culex tritaeniorhychus and Anopheles sinensis ranked top in density.The peak time of adult density in 2007 was 3 weeks earlier than that of the former three years. Conclusion The best results of mosquito control can be achieved by dtafting the control measures based on the changes of climate and mosquito bionomics.
