抗前胃泌素释放肽单克隆抗体在小细胞肺癌诊断应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究抗前胃泌素释放肽(抗-PGRP)单克隆抗体在小细胞肺癌和其它肺部肿瘤中的表达。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测48例小细胞肺癌和52例非小细胞肺癌及22例肺良性肿瘤组织中抗-PGRP单克隆抗体的表达。结果抗-PGRP单克隆抗体在小细胞肺癌、非小细胞肺癌及良性肺肿块中的阳性表达率分别为87.50%,32.69%和13.64%,差异有统计学意义P<0.01;抗-PGRP单克隆抗体在淋巴结或远处转移阳性的小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率为94.87%,在淋巴结或远处转移阴性的小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率为55.56%,差异有统计学意义P<0.01;抗-PGRP单克隆抗体在I期小细胞肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为80%,在II期小细胞肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为88.24%,在III期小细胞肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为100%,差异无统计学意义P>0.05。结论抗-PGRP单克隆抗体表达在小细胞肺癌和其它肺部肿瘤中的存在显著差异,其在小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与有无淋巴结或远处转移相关,与临床分期之间无关联。 Objective To investigate the difference of expresion of human pro-gastrin releasing pepfide McAb (anti-PGRP MeAb) in samll cell lung carcinoma and other pulmonary crcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of anti-PGRP McAb in tumor tissues of 122 small cell lung carcinoma patients. There 48 small cell carcinoma patietns, 52 non-small cell lung carcinoma patients and 22 benign tumor patients were taken as control. Results The expression rates of anti-PGRP McAb in small cell carcinoma, non-small cell carcinoma and benign tumor were 87.50%,32.69% and 13.64%, ,showing significant difference(P〈0.01);The expression rate of anti-PGRP McAb in lymphonode or remote tissues with metastasis was 94.87%, while that in the lymphonode or remote tissues without metastasis was 55.56%, showing significant difference (P〈0.01). The positive expression rate of anti-PGRP MeAb small cell lumng carcinoma tissues at I phase was 80% ,while in that at phase II was 88.24% and 100% in that at phase Ⅲ(P〉0.05) Conclusion The expression of anti-PGRP McAb in small cell lung carcinoma and other pulmonary tumors is significantly different. But there no significant differences were observed in the expression rates of anti-PGRP McAh in tissues of patients with small cell lung carcinoma at different clinical phases. The expression rate of anti-PGRP McAh in tissues of patietns with small cell lung carcinoma with remote metastasis is significantly different as compared with that without remote metastasis. Thus anti-PGRP McAb is of significance in diagnosis of if there is lymphonode metastasis in small cell lung carcinoam patients.
