Regulatory T cells and immune regulation of parasite infection

摘要 调节性T细胞参与几乎全部的寄生虫病免疫反应,是寄生虫感染免疫调节的重要环节。本文就天然调节性T细胞在寄生虫感染过程中的免疫调节作用、机制及其临床治疗价值进行了讨论,期望有助于发展控制寄生虫感染的新方法。 Regulatory T cells participate in the immune response to perhaps all parasitic diseases, which is a link of immune regulation of parasite infection. This review discusses the roles played by regulatory T cell during the parasite infection, the regulation mechanisms and possible therapeutic potential in clinic, with respect to will help to develop new methods for controlling parasite infection.
