摘要
采用漂珠作原料,外加一定量的磷酸盐为结合剂,氢氧化铝为促凝剂,泥料混匀后经手工压实成型,烧结成多孔状的磷酸盐结合漂珠隔热制品,并采用四因素三水平的正交试验方案优选出最佳的工艺参数(包括结合剂和促凝剂加入量、烧成温度和保温时间)。结果表明,磷酸盐结合漂珠隔热材料的最佳工艺方案为:漂珠100%,结合剂为漂珠质量的60%,促凝剂为结合剂质量的20%,烧成温度为1 200℃,保温时间为1 h。按此工艺制备的磷酸盐结合漂珠隔热材料试样的性能指标如下:常温耐压强度4.3 MPa,体积密度0.52 g·cm-3,高温耐压强度2.1 MPa(1 000℃),吸水率41.7%,抗热震性10次(950℃水冷),热导率为0.068 W·(m·K)-1(100℃)。
Porous cenosphere insulating products were prepared using cenosphere as starting material, phosphate as the binder and aluminum hydroxide as the set accelerator, mixing the materials uniformly, hand-molding and firing. The technological parameters ( binder addition, set accelerator addition,the firing temperature and the holding time) were optimized by orthogonal test with four factors and three levels. The results showed that the best formulation was:assuming cenospheres as 100 wt%, binder :60 wt% of cenospheres, set accelerator.20 wt% of binder, firing at the 1200℃ for 1 h. The properties of the prepared material were: cold crushing strength :4.3 MPa; bulk density :0.52g·cm^-3; hot crushing strength .2.1 MPa(1000 ℃) ;water adsorption rate :41.7% ;thermal shock resistance:10 cycles (950℃→←water quenching) ;thermal conductivity:0.068W·(m·K)^-1(100℃).
