摘要
研究了锻件的切边成形方法,运用有限元分析软件Deform对切边变形过程进行数值仿真。仿真结果表明:锻件切边过程分为弹性变形阶段、塑性变形阶段及断裂分离阶段;切边过程中,最大切边力随着飞边厚度的增加而非线性增加,但单位厚度上所需的切边力随着飞边厚度的增加而逐渐减小;当飞边厚度为7mm时,最佳凸凹模间隙为0.6mm,最佳凹模小圆角为1.5mm。通过阐述变形机理为建立锻件切边工艺规范提供指导,并在实验中取得了较好的效果。
The trimming process of die forging was investigated. Using FEM software Deform, the die forging trimming process was simulated. The simulation results show that the deforming process is divided into elastic deformation stage, plastic deformation stage and fracture stage. During the die forging trimming, the maximal load increases in nonlinear state with the increase of flash thickness, while the trimming force on unit thickness decreases. As for 7 mm thick flash, the proper clearance of the dies is 0.6 mm, and theproper radius of the blade is 1.5mm. The deforming mechanisms are helpful to die designing and modifying, which get good test verifying.
