摘要
为了解决消失模铸造件气孔问题,研究了黄麻纤维对消失模铸造涂料透气性的影响。加入质量分数0.2%黄麻纤维时,涂料透气性由未加黄麻纤维时的2.1cm4/(g·min)上升为5.8~6.3cm4/(g·min);加入质量分数0.5%黄麻纤维时,涂料透气性为9.8~10.6cm4/(g·min)。结果表明,消失模铸造涂料的透气性可通过黄麻纤维的加入量调节。
In order to remove blow hole, the influence of jute fibre on permeability of coatings for LFC was investigated. The permeability of the coating for LFC was 5.8-6.3 cm^4/(g·min) at 0.2%jute fibre(mass fraction), and it was 9.8-10.6cm^4/(g·min) at 0.5% jute fiber, but it was 2.1 cm^4/(g·min) at no jute fiber. So the permeability of the coating for LFC can be controlled by regulating the percentage of jute fibre.
