摘要
建立了柴油机铸件数字化系统平台,运用CAE技术优化了工艺流程,预测热成形缺陷,实现了研制过程的工艺设计-校核-再设计-优化设计全过程调整,同时制定出船用缸盖类铸件工艺优化流程规范,以快速实现船用关键件产品研制过程中的流程控制。
The numeralization system platform of diesel castings was established, the technology flowing course was optimized by CAE tecfinology, the defects in casting were estimated, which realized the adjustment of the whole course the process designing, checking, regulating and optimizing. Meanwhile, the optimized criterion of cylinder cap was constituted to realize the rapid control of manufacture course of key vessel parts.
