AbstractAn accurate and objective appraisal of our macroeconomic situation is necessary for us to sum up experiences, make clear directions and further develop a good economic situation. But now our economic aggregate remains imbalance. Therefore, macroeconomic policies should be appropriately strict and the dynamics of macro-regulation shluld be grasped accurately and adjusted flexibly.
